Flexible, all purpose alternative to Merit’s traditional quick change disc ideal for contoured or flat surfaces. For weld removal, the most common grits used are 36-50 while 60-120 grits are used for removal of imperfections and blending. These discs have added flexibility and are used on a wide range of applications.
Manufactured with a flexible abrasive cloth in which the outer 3/8" is more flexible than the rest of the disc. Designed for softer metals where standard discs can gouge and for contour grinding of structural pieces.
